Very well made workout bench that we've had for several years and it is still in like new condition. The bands, cables and rollers are all like new and all parts are still with it and intact. There are two hand grips/chains, not just the one shown in photo, and one ankle band which is shown. You pull the pin and stand up the bench, lock it in and you can work out while standing, either pulling up or out with the two hand stirrups, or use the pull down bar. Put the bench down and do single or dual arm or leg workouts with so many variables, and by adjusting which bands you have connected, increase or decrease the tension for your routine. Even has leg curling station. This bench is so solid and well made it should last you a really long time.
